No. Filing both your Intent to File and your full disability claim is free for every veteran. Nothing is held behind a paywall between you and a submitted claim.
How is this different from working with a VSO?
A VSO is a person with a heavy caseload and limited hours. Woobie is software that is available 24/7, remembers everything you have uploaded, scans your records in minutes, and moves at your pace.
