Optional FAQ

No, you don’t need a diagnosis before working with us. A lot of veterans come to us with symptoms, not diagnoses. Our role is to help you document your condition correctly, connect it to your service, and guide you through what the VA actually needs to see.
That actually puts you in a better position than most veterans. A prior denial tells us exactly what the VA didn’t like, so we can fix it instead of guessing.
We don’t attend the C&P exam with you, but we help you walk into it prepared instead of confused. Veterans get denied all the time because they don’t know how to explain their symptoms in VA terms. Yes. We work with a network of medical providers who collectively bring over 40 years of VA claim experience. These providers understand what the VA looks for and are experienced in completing DBQs and Nexus Letters that align with VA standards.
