90 Day Career Bootcamp

A 90-day (or longer if needed) guided program to take you from uncertainty about your post-military path to landing a stable, purpose-driven civilian career. We’ll work with you until you get the job. You will have access to our Placement Program to expedite this process (Career Hub).
Core Components

4 Career Coaching Sessions

One-on-one coaching with a 25-year HR and Training leader (USAF MSgt retired, now senior HR executive).
Session breakdown: 1 every 2 weeks
Identify career direction (private sector, GS/federal, entrepreneurship). Uncover your transferable skills.
Résumé and LinkedIn optimization tailored to target roles.
Mock interviews, STAR method practice, confidence building.
Negotiation prep, networking strategies, and 90-day success plan for your new role.

Outcome: Career direction clarified, resume and LinkedIn optimized, interview skills sharpened, and a 90-day job search strategy in motion, positioning you to confidently secure the right role and succeed in your civilian career.

2 Education & Career Benefits Coaching Sessions

Session breakdown: 1 every month
Education & Training
  • Review all eligible programs: GI Bill, Post-9/11, Montgomery, CalVet, DEA, SKILLBRIDGE (Chapter 35)
  • Identify the best pathway for tuition, housing allowance, and certifications
  • Explore VR&E as a career accelerator (not just retraining)
  • Build stacking strategies (e.g., GI Bill + SkillBridge, DEA + VR&E)
Outcome: A personalized education/training roadmap tailored to career goals.
Filing & Career Benefits
  • Step-by-step guided filing for chosen education benefits (GI Bill, VR&E, DEA, CalVet, Skillbridge etc.)
  • Integration of SkillBridge: host search, application prep, and conversion to full-time role
  • State-level veteran benefits (tax breaks, training grants, certifications)
Outcome: Applications submitted + benefits activated, creating a financial and healthcare safety net while career moves are executed.

Placement Program (Career Hub)

This program is included for all community members. For those who have completed the 90 day Career Bootcamp, the placement process will start after their resume is created and will run until they get a job.

Veterans upload their résumés and profile information through the Skool platform.

Job Listing Submission

Partner companies submit job openings by emailing the position details to careers@woobie.io.

Candidate Matching

Our Veteran Career Coach, Henry Miller, reviews available profiles and matches qualified veterans to suitable job opportunities.

Interview & Hiring Process
Top candidates are scheduled for interviews directly with the hiring partners. Successful candidates move forward to employment.

We stay with you until you start your role.

Step-by-Step Transition Module

Delivered as weekly group lessons (held every Monday night) or videos, exercises, and checklists.

Execution & Interviews

  • Mock interviews & practice scenarios (HR, federal, corporate)
  • Salary/benefits negotiation frameworks
  • Building a 30-60-90 day plan to impress employers

Phase 4

(Weeks 10–12)

Stability & Growth

  • Workplace Transition Skills
    Training on adapting from military to civilian culture: communication, leadership style, and navigating corporate structures.
  • Long-Term Growth Roadmap
    Guidance on when to layer in real estate, certifications, graduate school, or entrepreneurship alongside your career path.
  • Post-Hire Coaching & Accountability
    Ongoing support to troubleshoot challenges, track performance milestones, and make sure you stay on the fast track to stability and advancement.
